To customize the DNS settings, you must customize all A records that point to your old IP address. Simply change the value to the new IP address.

If you host your domain with us, you can click on "DNS-Management" under "Domains" in the customer center. Alternatively, you can use the following direct link: https://www.opusx.io/client/index.php?m=solutedns

1. Click on "Manage" on the right of the domain name.

2. click on the "Edit" button.


3. Change the value to your new IP address (in our example from 1.1.1.1 to 2.2.2.2)


If you have registered your domain with another domain hoster or if you do not use our name servers, you may have to contact your domain/name server hoster for a change.

If you host your domain with us and use our name servers, our customer support is happy to make the change for you. Simply open a ticket to the technical department.
