The following options are available for renewing Managed Services:

Option 1 - Prepaid

The prepaid option is active by default. Your product must be renewed manually by you via the product page.  If no renewal or payment is received by the end of the due date, the product will be cancelled. Since a new Managed Service can simply be ordered, reactivation is not necessary here and is therefore not possible.

Option 2 - Automatic renewal with credit card or PayPal subscription

Activate the automatic creation of the invoice for the product as described in this article so that the automatic renewal works: https://www.opusx.io/client/knowledgebase/79/Automatic-invoicing-and-change-of-billing-cycle.html?language=english

Pay the first or next invoice with PayPal Subscribe and in the future PayPal will automatically debit the amount. Alternatively, you can request customer support to charge your deposited credit card. If the automatic debit fails, the product will be cancelled at the end of the term. Since a new Managed Service can easily be ordered, a reactivation is not necessary and therefore not possible.

Option 3 - Do you want to cancel the product?

Managed Services expire automatically at the end of the due date. (Except for option 2 "automatic renewal")
You can also submit a cancellation request via the product page. The product will then be cancelled and deleted either immediately or at the end of the term. (Depending on your choice)

Note: If you create a cancellation request, no balance will be paid and the product will be cancelled on the cancellation date.
